What is Probate?
Probate is the legal process of proving and confirming that a Will is valid in the Supreme Court.
Usually the Executor of the Will needs to obtain a legal document called the ‘Grant of Probate’ from the Supreme Court to obtain authority to administer and distribute the assets and debts in your estate.
Unfortunately, some estates are complex or are subject to arguments among family members regarding entitlements.
We can assist by undertaking estate administration including obtaining Grants of Probate.
