Craig is the firm’s principal.

He founded CMS Legal with the view to being able to spend more one-on-one time with his clients. He aims to provide them with a more efficient option to resolving family law matters, and minimise their costs at a normally financially devastating time.

Before starting CMS Legal, he was employed at other city law firms where he practised Family Law, Commercial Law and Estate Planning matters.

Craig has extensive experience in all areas of Family Law, including property settlement, financial agreements (Binding Financial Agreements), spousal maintenance, de facto relationships (including same sex relationships) and child support. He regularly represents clients with complex financial structures such as partnerships, family trusts, unit trusts, trading companies, self-managed superannuation funds and businesses.

Craig is a qualified Independent Children's Lawyer as well as representing many clients in child related matters including relocation, abduction and recovery orders.

Craig is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia, The Law Council of Australia and is a Member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia.

In his spare time Craig loves travelling with his wife and takes full advantage of the serenity the South West provides.
